How it works
One card. Three buttons. The letters on the front are the buttons: M, MEET and T. The lower half is the tap zone.
Set up in five minutes
- Get the app. Search “MMEETT” in the App Store or Google Play.
- Power on. Hold M for 1 second. The light glows blue.
- Pair. Open the app and follow the steps on screen. When the light turns white, you’re connected.
- Build your card. Paste a social link or fill in a few lines. AI writes the copy, picks the colors and builds the layout. Edit anything you like.
- Charge. Snap the magnetic cable onto the four contacts on the back. Purple means charging; green means full.
Tap — share who you are
- Touch the lower half of the card to the back of the other person’s phone.
- A notification appears. They tap it and your card opens in their browser. No app, no account, nothing to install on their side.
- Works between iPhone and Android in either direction (iPhone XS / XR or newer, most Android phones with NFC), and straight through the leather case.
- Prefer not to tap? Share a QR code or your card’s link from the app.
- Edit your card anytime. Everyone who opens it later sees the new version.
- Make more than one card for different roles.
MEET — keep the conversation
- Start: hold MEET for 1 second. The card vibrates once and the red light stays on.
- Stop: hold MEET for 1 second again. It vibrates twice and the light goes off.
- Calls: snap the card in its leather case onto the back of your phone and start a recording. It switches to call mode on its own.
- Picks up voices up to about 10 m (33 ft) away. Records without a connection and syncs when you’re back online.
The red light stays on for the whole recording, by design. Recording laws differ by place — ask before you record. Privacy & Recording
T — tag the moment that matters
- While recording, press T once. The blue light flashes. That moment is tagged.
- Tag as often as you like. AI pulls out what was said around each tag, so you jump straight to the decision or the number — no scrubbing through an hour of audio.
M — Muse: catch an idea
- Hold M and say it. Let go when you’re done. The card vibrates twice.
- AI turns it into notes, a plan or a first draft, and you can keep talking it through in the app.
What comes back
- Recording details — full transcript, summary, mind map, tagged moments and to-dos.
- Daily summary — who you met, what you talked about, what happened.
- To-dos — what you promised, pulled out for you, with reminders until it’s done.
- Deep Research — ask about any conversation and get answers plus what you might have missed.
- Ask AI — ask across all your recordings at once: “What did I promise this week?”
- Export — share as an image summary, text summary, mind map or action list.
Lights at a glance
- Red, steady — recording
- Blue, flash — moment tagged
- White — Bluetooth (flashing: not connected; steady: connected)
- Cyan — Wi-Fi (flashing: waiting; steady: transferring)
- Purple — battery under 10% (flashing) or charging (steady)
- Green — fully charged
- Yellow, flashing — storage nearly full; sync to the app
- Red and blue, flashing — updating firmware; don’t unplug
If something’s off
- Tap doesn’t open anything: make sure NFC is on (Android) and the screen is awake (iPhone). Move the card toward the top of the back of the phone.
- Card goes quiet: it’s asleep. Press any button or plug it in.
- Card isn’t responding: press M 3 times quickly, then hold M for 3 seconds to restart.
- Power off: press T 7 times quickly.
- Still stuck? Email support@mmeett.ai. Please don’t factory-reset unless we ask — it erases everything on the card.
