The basics
What is MMEETT?
An AI Business Card. It’s a 3.2 mm card of aluminum and glass that shares your profile with a tap, and records conversations when you press a button. Afterwards, AI turns them into summaries, decisions and to-dos — and keeps reminding you of what you promised.
Does the other person need an app?
No. Your card opens in their phone’s browser. No app, no account, nothing to install.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, in either direction. Tapping works with iPhone XS / XR and newer and with most Android phones that have NFC. You’ll need the MMEETT app (iOS or Android) to set up your card and see your recordings.
Can I tap without taking it out of the case?
Yes. It taps straight through the included leather case, so it can live on the back of your phone.
Can I have more than one card?
Basic includes one card; Pro lets you make as many as you like for different roles. Edit them anytime — people who open your card later always see the current version.
Can I save other people’s paper business cards?
Yes. Photograph or upload a paper card in the app and it reads the details into your contacts list.
Recording
Is it always listening?
No. It only records when you hold the MEET or M button (or start a recording in the app), and a red light stays on the whole time. More on how we handle recording
Is it legal to record conversations?
It depends where you are. In many places, everyone in the conversation has to agree first — on calls as well as in person. Always ask before you record.
Can it record phone calls?
Yes. Snap the card in its leather case onto the back of your phone and start a recording; it switches to call mode on its own. Tell the other person before you start.
How far away can it hear?
Up to about 10 m (33 ft), using a five-microphone array that includes bone conduction.
Does it need an internet connection?
Not to record. It records offline and syncs to the app when you’re back online. Transcripts and AI summaries are produced once your recordings reach the app.
What’s the T button for?
Press it during a recording to tag the moment that matters. AI pulls those moments out for you afterwards, so you don’t have to replay the whole thing.
Battery and storage
How long does the battery last?
Up to 40 hours of recording on a charge, and up to 60 days on standby. It charges with the magnetic cable in the box.
What happens when storage fills up?
The card has 64 GB. A yellow light flashes when space is running low — sync your recordings to the app to free it up.
Privacy
Who can hear my recordings?
Your recordings are encrypted from card to phone and from phone to cloud, and processed by AI to produce your transcripts and summaries. Links you share expire after seven days. We don’t sell your recordings. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email support@mmeett.ai to access, export or delete your data or close your account.
Membership
Do I need a subscription?
No. Basic is free, forever, and includes unlimited transcription, meeting summaries and to-dos. Pro ($14.99/month or $119.99/year) adds highest-accuracy transcription, unlimited Ask AI, Deep Research, unlimited cards and summaries kept until you delete them. Every new card comes with 30 days of Pro. Compare plans
How long are my summaries kept?
On Basic, AI summaries and daily recaps are kept for 30 days. On Pro, they’re kept until you delete them.
